  7.     PRIVACY AND ACCURACY STATEMENT FOR THE INTERNET RESOURCE GUIDE

  11. The entries in the Internet Resource Guide have been collected by the
  12. NNSC Staff so that others may readily find information on useful
  13. Internet resources.  This information will be used by the NNSC to
  14. assist in answering questions about Internet resources.
  15.  
  16. The information in the Internet Resource Guide will be made available
  17. to anyone without regard to intended use.  The NNSC will accept any
  18. submissions, but will not add information on resources controlled by a
  19. third-party without first obtaining approval from the third party.
  20.  
  21. Any submissions (or corrections) for the Internet Resource Guide may
  22. be sent to "resource-guide@nnsc.nsf.net".  The NNSC will remove
  23. entries from the Internet Resource Guide if requested by the owner.
  24. If there is information in an entry that refers to someone other than
  25. the owner, this information may be removed if requested by referred
  26. person or organization, although notification will be sent to the
  27. owner of the entry.  If you do not have a entry for your resource, or
  28. your resource entry is missing important information such as the host
  29. or contact person, it will be difficult for others on the Internet to
  30. make use of your resource.

  32. Each entry submitted will be verified with the resource owner before
  33. it is included in the Internet Resource Guide.  Corrections to entries
  34. are welcomed from all sources, and will also be verified with the
  35. resource owner. All entries will contain the date of last verification
  36. by the owner.  The NNSC Staff will make an effort to request resource
  37. owners to update entries, but reserves the right to remove any entry
  38. which have not been verified within the past year.

  41. description, see the templates supplied by the NNSC for the use of
  42. contributors to the Internet Resource Guide.
